There is a new restaurant in the strip called "Amale Tre Focacceria", The Best Italian Sandwiches and Pizza I have ever had! So delicious, bread was so soft, ingredients so fresh, he makes everything from scratch, sauce, mozzarella, the breads, pesto (which was the best pesto ever)... everything!! Will eat here any chance I get! 😋 So So Good!

A beautiful indoor market for small entrepreneur owned shops. Hand crafted leather goods, jewelry, shared work spaces, ect abound here. The market ends at the entrance to the library, a delightful marriage of classic and modern architecture. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you visit.

Selden Market is such a neat place to drop through, whether you are just stopping through or live nearby. It has several small businesses offering everything from sassy magnets, original artworks and festive sweaters to video game accessories and spice blends. Most of the shops are run by the owners, and it's just a great way to help out small businesses.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere. Very polite people. You'll have a chance to buy some things you don't normally see. Great place to sit and study as well. I heavily recommend this mall. I myself am occasionally the Security Guard on duty at Selden. Every time it's Peaceful and Calm

I love coming here for breakfast, lunch or to grab sweets from the various vendors. Avocargo is my favorite....the cabbage collards and the sweet potato egg rolls are my favorites!

Local Love! This space is an incubator for up-and-coming businesses! Some of my favorite shops have started here and moved on to grow in our community! Velvet Witch! Lorak Jewelry! As a mum, I absolutely loved visiting Selden Market in Norfolk, VA. It’s such a refreshing spot to take a little break from the chaos of everyday life. The local vendors offer such unique finds—everything from handmade jewelry to funky home decor—and I even managed to pick up a cute gift for a friend without breaking the bank. The vibe is relaxed, with friendly shop owners who genuinely care about their craft, and there’s always something new to discover. My little one enjoyed the open, cozy atmosphere, and the nearby coffee shop saved the day when nap time got delayed. It’s the perfect place to support local businesses while enjoying a little me-time.

We are so grateful to have Selden Market in Norfolk. Not only is it a vibrant hub for independent businesses, but it also carries a rich history. As a local, the Selden family and name are very well known so it is nice to see the legacy maintained. We have recently learned that the Selden Market is a "retail incubator" for local, small businesses. This is even more reason to support the businesses here. Conveniently located in the heart of the city, Selden Market is easy reach of many other Downtown landmarks and services. It's got several tasty food options as well as retail spaces with specialty items from local artisans. The quality and uniqueness of the items are amazing. It is also directly connected to a parking garage/hotel as well as to the Slover Library. Whether you’re a visitor or a local, please check this place out. You won't be disappointed!

Selden Market right next to the Hilton hotel by the waterfront good market with a few shops and places to eat. Most thing were closed down when we went through but it was good stop to get out of the cold. It’s right in the heart of everything by the parks and waterfront. Then plenty of places to eat near by the shops looked neat and there is a photo listing each shop in the pictures.

Such a cool collection of little stores in shops that are owned by Independent operators. Not your average shops with many things made in Virginia or right here by the local artist. From beverages to bakery to food and gifts you'll find a little bit of everything! If you want to make something yourself there's a public makerspace here that you book online Yusuf a laser, 3D printers, you name it! What a cool find
